The Ranch

20.46 Acres of Farmland, Residence, and Water Rights in Lemitar, NM. Located just 64 miles south of the Albuquerque metropolitan area.

Lemitar Ranch has a beautiful unique adobe 7800 square foot home, water, alfalfa fields, cottonwood trees for shade, and 2 pecan trees. With large paddocks, turnouts, and pastures, it provides the perfect ranch atmosphere. We use the ranch for a bed & breakfast, hay sales, guided horseback tours, horse breeding and sales, grass fed angus beef, and everyday living. The ranch rests in a tranquil setting full of lush fields and has a small local community rich with history. The Bosque Del Apache and San Lorenzo Canyon are just minutes away. Last year (2020) our ranch was featured in a major motion picture production. The movie is called “Land of Dreams” starring Matt Dillon, William Moseley, Sheila Vand, Joaquim De Almeida, and numerous other stars. Its release date is set for September of 2021.
